Bentley Systems knew their nPulse platform offered a solution that would help Indian construction companies streamline their processes and increase their ROI, but they needed to help the local market understand how digitalization could benefit them. This 13 page ebook is part of the solution to that problem: it showcases exactly how India can benefit from digital processes and revolutionize the way they approach construction.

The goal for this project was to introduce and solidify a new concept for Indian construction companies: digitalization. Many companies in their target audience already use some digital processes for their construction projects, but these processes were rarely part of a larger digital system. We needed to illustrate how a product like nPulse could create an entire network of digital tools and processes—helping them manage everything from materials and timelines to approvals and fine tuning their ROI. 

The biggest challenge for this ebook was understanding and speaking to an extremely specific demographic within the construction industry. nPulse is an Indian-made product dedicated to the challenges of the Indian construction industry, so Bentley wanted to speak directly to stakeholders there. It was more important to convey the core message advocating for digitalization of the industry as a whole rather than selling nPulse directly, so we were careful to navigate the line between the two concepts without alienating the audience.

Bentley is now able to use the ebook as a tripwire to help them grow their email list and capture warm leads invested in the exact outcomes that nPulse offers. This ebook has also positioned them as leaders in the sector, charging forward to bring a more innovative future to India’s construction sector.
